Well we got tons of snow down here! Hard to tell exactly how much since it was so windy, but if I had to guess I would say approx. 18 inches. There was also a lot of power outages in Cape May County and Sea Isle City. Power lines down all over town. Here are some pictures I took today.

I know there have been a lot of rumors flying around about the MTV show "Jersey Shore" coming to Sea Isle City this summer and I just rec'd a meesage from the Sea Isle City Community Services Department and wanted to pass it along. If there are any updates on this I will post it for sure! "Subject: Jersey Shore Rumor “Jersey Shore” in Sea Isle City is “Unsubstantiated Rumor” SEA ISLE CITY —Sea Isle City has been mistakenly rumored to be the next location for the MTV reality show, “Jersey Shore.” To date, there has been no contact made to City officials regarding this possibility. According to Mayor Leonard C. Desiderio, “We have not been contacted about the show “Jersey Shore” filming in Sea Isle. This is an unsubstantiated rumor and in fact, we understand the show is returning to Seaside Heights for the next season. My staff and I are in communication with MTV to clear up this matter and ensure the media is provided with accurate information.”

If you or anyone you know are looking for a great opportunity off shore, there is a recently reduced, bank-owned townhome at The Links at Avalon. This is a 2BR, plus den (which most people use as a third bedroom, it just has no closet), 2.5BA, 1 car garage, gas fireplace and a two-story family room. This is a very nice golf course community only about 4 miles to Avalon beaches. It was purchased in 2004 for approx. $276K and is now on the market for $257,900. Great price!!! If you have any questions or if you would like to see it, please let me know. Thanks!
